Shoutout to the sign guy who saved me 3 hours of dead end calls

I spent 4 hours trying to figure out why my business listing wasn't showing up on Google Maps, only to find out the previous owner had the address registered under a different unit number. Anyone else run into stupid zoning or address problems that took way longer to fix than the actual work you needed done?

@the_brian nailed it, zoning's a black hole but at least you can pay someone to fix it.

The unit number thing almost made me throw my laptop out the window last month. I had a client whose property was listed as Unit B on tax records but Unit 2 on city zoning docs, and it took me 5 hours across three departments just to get someone to admit they were talking about the same building. @the_brian is totally right about zoning being a time thief, but I think zoning at least HAS a process. Address mismatches are just pure chaos with nobody taking responsibility.

City zoning paperwork is the real time thief.
