Hot take: that weekend I tried to re-tile my bathroom was a disaster

Spent last Saturday redoing the tile in my guest bathroom. I had 80 square feet of subway tile and a brand new wet saw from Home Depot. By noon I had cut three tiles wrong and dropped the saw on my foot. The grout I mixed was way too thin and it ran into the drains. My wife came in at 5 PM and just said 'we're calling a guy on Monday.' Has anyone else had a simple project spiral into a full weekend loss?
