Can we talk about that 'pro' brush pack I bought for $40 last year?

I wasted that money because the brushes were just renamed default ones from a free program (you know, like Krita), and I only realized after seeing a tutorial where someone recreated the exact same set in about ten minutes.

Saw a whole thread about this on another forum last year. People were mad about a popular brush pack that was just repackaged GIMP defaults. The seller got called out and just vanished. Makes you wonder how many "premium" brushes are just free stuff with a new label.

Ugh, same thing happened to me. I just started making my own brushes after that, totally get what @carr.elliot means.
