Drove past the old Michigan Central Station yesterday and noticed something new

They've got a whole new facade section up on the Bagley side, and the scaffolding is finally coming down. Anyone know what the first commercial tenant is going to be?

Used to think it would stay empty forever, but seeing the progress like @the_emma said changed my mind.

So they're finally making real progress on it? I haven't heard anything about who's moving in yet.
