I used to think celebrating small wins was silly... until a stranger at the coffee shop changed my mind.

I was at The Daily Grind in Denver, totally stuck on a project, when the person next to me saw me finally fix a tiny bug. They just said, 'Hey, nice win.' That simple comment felt so good. Now, I write down one small win every day, like finishing a report or just getting out for a walk. It's been 2 months, and my whole mood is better. Honestly, we should all cheer for the little stuff more. What's a small win you had today?

So, did you buy that stranger a coffee after?

Lol, I bet @the_wyatt would've expected a full latte for that comment. My small win was just getting to the coffee shop before they closed.

Yeah, @the_wyatt's got that "always level up" vibe.
