Debate at my desk: is a win still a win if it makes a coworker look bad?
I met my goal early but it showed up a teammate who's behind, and now I feel torn about mentioning it.

Yeah, it's a risky move for sure. My old boss took any small win as a sign you needed more work. Finished a project early? Great, here's three more. Got a good client review? Time to handle all the tough customers. Learned to just keep my head down and never celebrate out loud.
