Spent 4 hours yesterday figuring out why my 2FA stopped working
Turns out my phone's clock had drifted by 2 minutes, which broke the time-based codes. I had to manually sync it to an atomic clock server. Has anyone else had a random sync issue mess up their authentication?

Manually syncing to an atomic clock server is so specific. Did you have to dig through developer settings to find that, or was it easier?

Oh man, time drift is the worst. My smartwatch did that once and locked me out of my work email for half a day. It's always some tiny, silent setting that goes wrong. You never think to check the clock. Now I just hit the sync button in date and time settings every few months. Feels dumb but it works.
