Had a client show up 45 minutes early last Tuesday and then complain I wasn't ready for them.
She walked in while I was still setting up the studio, told me she rescheduled in her head, and then gave me a 1 star review for being unprofessional, which took me three weeks to get removed from my profile.

45 minutes early, that reminds me of a buddy who runs a small bakery. He had a customer show up at 6:15 AM for a 7 AM pickup of a birthday cake, then got mad because the cake wasn't frosted yet. The woman told him she "adjusted" the time in her phone and left a two star review before he could even explain. Took him calling Yelp three times and a week of back and forth to get it taken down because she claimed he was rude for not being ready.

Yelp's a pain about that. Screenshot everything, including time stamps, before even calling them.

Adjusted the time in her phone" is hilarious, like that suddenly rewrites reality and your whole schedule lol. Yeah, I'm sure the cake was supposed to frost itself while she sat in the car waiting. People really think their personal calendar edits give them magic powers over everyone else's day.
