Rant: That $50 deep pantry organizer I bought turned my kitchen into a mess
I thought those wire racks would solve my can clutter but honestly they just slid around and dumped everything on the floor every time I opened the door. Ended up using old shoeboxes to separate beans from soups and it actually works way better. Has anyone else found cheap DIY fixes that beat the expensive stuff?

Fifty dollars for a wire rack that just slides around? That's brutal. I nearly choked when I read that price. My whole pantry setup cost me like $12 in thrift store baskets and some command hooks. Those wire things are a scam, honestly they just turn your canned goods into bowling pins. Shoeboxes are genius though, I bet the cans are way more stable than any of that overpriced organizer junk.

Nah, paying for quality that actually keeps things from sliding around is worth it over free cardboard that falls apart after one spill.

Whoa wait, $50 for a wire rack that just dumps stuff on the floor? That's seriously criminal. I would've lost my mind the first time it slid around and sent a dozen cans of tomatoes crashing down. Shoeboxes are legit underrated though, they're basically free and you can just toss them when they get gross. I've been using old takeout containers to hold my spice packets and it works way better than the fancy tiered shelf I bought last year.
