Swapped my old screwdriver routine for a ratcheting one last month, never going back

So did the ratcheting one actually save you time on the job, or is it more about not having to reposition your hand so much? I've always wondered if the trade-off in bulkiness is worth it.

Guess it depends how many times you're spinning that thing. I'd say just pick one that feels right and move on.

Idk, last I checked the ratcheting ones also let you switch directions without taking the bit out, which is kind of the whole point of a ratchet. You can still flip it with one hand pretty easily.
