A senior tech in Dallas said my bench notes were useless, so I changed one thing
He grabbed my clipboard and said 'if you get hit by a bus tomorrow, nobody can pick up this machine,' so now every ticket gets a part number and the exact screw count before I close it. Anyone else write notes for the next guy or do you just wing it?
