Spent $60 on a monthly parking pass I barely used

I got a monthly parking pass downtown for $60 back in February thinking I'd drive more. Turns out the bus was faster for most days and I only used the pass like 4 times. Now I'm stuck with it for the rest of the month and can't get a refund. Anyone else buy a commuter pass they regretted?

Yeah that stinks, you basically paid $15 a pop for 4 trips. What worked for me was switching to a pay-as-you-go card instead - you just load money and it automatically caps out at the monthly pass price if you ride enough. Might be worth checking if your transit system offers something like that.
