Honestly, I keep seeing guys skip the pre-dive tool inventory on smaller jobs
Tbh, I've watched three different divers in the last year waste 30 minutes on a bottom time because they didn't verify their wrench sizes before splashing. Anyone else have a hard rule about this?

Used to be the guy who'd just grab the bag and go. Figured I knew what was in there. Got burned bad last summer on a simple anchor line fix. Spent forty minutes of good light fumbling with the wrong socket. Now my kit gets laid out and checked on the truck tailgate every single time.
