Hit 200 cleanings this year and finally got a good rhythm with my new brush system
Last week I hit my 200th cleaning of the year over in Brookside. It took me three years to figure out the right setup for my rotary brushes, but I finally switched to a ball joint system back in February. Before that I was fighting with stiff cables that kept kinking up on tight flues. Now I can knock out a standard job in about 45 minutes compared to the hour and a half it used to take. The ball joints flex just enough to follow the curves without binding up. Has anyone else found a rotary brush setup that made a big difference in your time per job?

Small changes like that really do stack up over time.

Read something from James Clear the other day about this exact thing. He said 1% improvement each day adds up to 37 times better over a year. That math blew my mind. @cameronn62 you're totally right about it stacking up. Most people give up because they don't see results in a week. But the real payoff is way down the road. Just takes patience and sticking with it.

Yeah the compound effect is real. That James Clear book changed my whole approach too.
