Had a Friday dinner shift where 3 tickets came in at once
Last week at the bistro in Portland, we got slammed with 3 separate 8-top tickets all within 2 minutes of each other. I had to juggle 24 entrees on a six-burner range and somehow didn't burn a single sauce. Has anyone else had a night where chaos turned into your best service ever?

Honestly that weird calm focus takes over and you just become a short order ninja. Nothing hits like that high when you clear the board and realize you crushed it.
