My neighbor in the Chatter Lounge said my replies were too long and people were skipping them, so I started keeping every single post under 50 words.
Has anyone else gotten feedback on post length in here?

Under 50 words" is a good rule. I used to write these long, detailed replies. Then I noticed my own eyes would glaze over when I saw a big block of text from someone else. Short posts just get read more.

My buddy wrote this huge review for a game. It was like three paragraphs. I asked him about it later and he admitted he didn't even read the whole thing himself.
