Hit 100 five-star reviews on my cleaning business page this morning
I woke up and checked my Google business page before my first job. Saw the counter tick over to 100 reviews with a perfect five-star average. That number surprised me because three years ago I was scrubbing toilets for $15 an hour with zero online presence. Every one of those reviews came from a real person I met through a referral or a chance conversation at a coffee shop. My very first client found me because I overheard her complaining about her old cleaner at the dentist's office waiting room. Has anyone else had a random business milestone sneak up on them like that?

Man that's awesome! I once hit 50 reviews on my landscaping page and didn't even notice until like a month later. I was so busy fixing a sprinkler system that blew up at some lady's house during a heatwave and completely missed the notification. By the time I checked it was at 53 and I was just... huh, thats cool I guess. Your story about the dentist office waitroom is perfect though those random moments are the ones that really stick with you.

Dude I totally get that. I had 30 something reviews on my dog walking page and didn't even realize I passed 50 until my wife showed me the notification like two weeks later. I was too busy chasing a golden retriever that bolted after a squirrel, totally worth it though.

Jump right into those notifications going unnoticed, huh? @joel_butler I feel that with the sprinkler thing, but at least your equipment stayed put. I was chasing a golden retriever through three lawns before his owner finally whistled. These pet clients keep me on my toes, I swear.
