Talked to a commercial carpet buyer yesterday that changed my mind on something
Guy told me he pays $2.50 more per yard for carpet with tighter twist because it saves him from callbacks. Hit me different because I've been cheaping out on residential jobs to win bids. Any of you guys factoring in callback risk when you price a job?
