A customer in Phoenix asked me to run a line through his pet snake's cage
This happened last month on a job installing a new drop for a home theater. The guy had a huge python in a glass tank and wanted the coax to go right through a small hole in the lid. I told him I'd have to think about that one for a minute. Anyone ever get a request that made you just stop and stare?

You think the real issue was just the hole in the glass? I mean, I wouldn't even start that job. My main worry is the snake getting out or getting hurt, not the cable run. That's a huge liability waiting to happen, idk maybe it's just me but I'd have to say no.

That python probably just wanted to watch the game too. Was the real problem the snake or just making a clean hole in the lid without cracking the glass? Seems like a five minute fix with the right bit.
