Read that bullet journaling actually helps with memory recall
I came across a study from the University of Texas about how writing things down by hand improves memory retention by around 30 percent. They tracked students who used bullet journals versus those who typed notes. It made me rethink my whole system since I always thought digital was faster. Have any of you noticed better recall since switching to analog?

The study sounds nice on paper but memory recall is way more complicated than just handwriting vs typing. I've actually tested both systems out for like six months each and my recall was about the same. The real trick is reviewing your notes later, not just how you write them down initially. Digital lets me search my notes instantly and tag things, so I actually do revisit them more often. Plus with bullet journals you gotta carry a physical book everywhere and what happens when you lose it? That's a total memory wipe right there.

Yeah I used to think digital was the way to go but this actually changed my mind.
