Remembered my sister telling me to just buy the pre-cut vegetables at the store. I fought her on it for months, saying it was a waste of money. Then I spent a whole Sunday afternoon just chopping onions and peppers for the week. My eyes burned, and I lost a chunk of my thumbnail. Now I get the little tub of diced onions every time, no question.
