Back when I started bullet journaling in 2014, everyone just used the original key.

Now I keep seeing people use a million different symbols and colors for the same task, which defeats the whole point of rapid logging. Anyone else think we're overcomplicating the basics?

Just stick with the original key, it works.

I've transposed that song down a whole step before and it worked way better for my voice.

Maybe the original key just doesn't work for everyone.
