Just laid my 10,000th brick on the new library project and my wrist is screaming.

It's a number that sounds cool until you realize it's a solid week of ibuprofen. Anyone have a go-to wrap or support they use for that kind of repetitive strain?

Is it bad that my first thought was wondering if you could write your name in the wet cement? Seriously though, that's a crazy amount of bricks. I've got a basic wrist brace from the drug store that I sleep in when my knitting gets out of hand, and it helps a ton by morning. What kind of work are you doing after the ibuprofen wears off?

I read somewhere that the copper fit compression gloves are a game changer for that. I mean, they're not a miracle cure, but my buddy who does data entry swears by them for the ache. It's more about keeping everything warm and supported than just squeezing it tight.

My cousin tried those copper gloves for her arthritis. Honestly, they made her hands sweat more than anything. She went back to her old cotton ones pretty fast.
