I finally timed my lunch break walk, and 15 minutes vs 30 minutes split my whole office
I measured it last Tuesday with a stopwatch on my phone, and our building loop in downtown Toledo is 0.8 miles, which takes most people about 15 minutes. Half the crew says a short walk leaves you rushed and sweaty before your food, while the other half says a full 30 minutes is the only way to actually clear your head. I think the 15 minute people are wrong because you spend the last 5 minutes watching the clock instead of walking. Who has timed their own break walk, and did more time help or just eat into your lunch?
