Rant: A customer said my headbands were 'too tight' and it made me rethink my whole method

I was using a standard 1/4 inch allowance for the cloth, but after that comment I switched to 3/8 inch and the comfort difference is huge. Anyone else adjust their headband measurements after feedback?

Try adding a tiny bit of clear silicone caulk to the arms of her glasses. Let it dry completely before wearing them. It adds just enough grip without being messy.
