Why nobody talks about audiobooks for book club reads
I was super skeptical when my friend suggested we listen to the same audiobook for our club last month, but it actually made our discussion way better. She pointed out how the narrator's tone changed on one specific line in chapter 3, and we talked about that single moment for 20 minutes. Has anyone else tried mixing audio and print for the same book?

Audiobooks totally count because a good narrator adds a whole new layer to the story.

Feel you on that @ward.jamie, I've totally dozed off mid chapter and woken up confused about who died. Nothing worse than trying to piece together what happened while half asleep. A good narrator seriously makes or breaks the whole experience.

Totally, my wife falls asleep to audiobooks and then gets mad when she misses the plot.
