My 3AM game night ruined by a broken die, looking for a replacement set
Last week I hosted my monthly game night and we cracked open a 15 year old copy of a dice game I got back in 2012. About 2 hours in, one of the d6s split clean in half, no idea how, it just snapped. We tried to keep going with a random penny as a substitute but that killed the vibe real fast. Anyone have a go-to set of dice that actually survive heavy rolling, or should I just buy two of everything from now on?

Sounds like you got 15 good years out of a cheap die, that's not really a broken product so much as normal wear. Buying two sets is fine but honestly a die snapping in half after all that time seems like you got your money's worth. Maybe the penny was the real problem, not the dice.
