Kickstarter board games are my financial kryptonite

I just tallied up my Kickstarter pledges from last year and realized I dropped $620 on board games I barely touched. That includes a $148 deluxe version of a game I played once because the rulebook was a nightmare. Anyone else have a pile of unplayed Kickstarter boxes collecting dust?

Bruh my buddy spent like $200 on a Frosthaven pledge and it's still in the shrink wrap on his shelf almost a year later. He says he's waiting for "the right weekend" but we all know that weekend's never coming. 😂

Lmao "the right weekend" is such a classic excuse, I've been telling myself that for like two years now about a $200 dungeon crawler that's still sitting in its shipping box. I finally opened it last month just to check if the minis were still intact, took one look at the rulebook and put the lid right back on. 😅
