I used to waste 20 minutes every morning on my hair until I hit on a simple change
For like 5 years I would blow dry my hair section by section with a round brush, trying to get that perfect smooth look. It took forever and my arms would get so tired. Then about 6 months ago I was running late for a dentist appointment and just threw my hair up in a high ponytail while it was still damp. I let it air dry the rest of the way and when I took it down, the waves were actually nice and soft, not a frizz ball like I expected. Now I just twist my damp hair into a loose bun with a scrunchie and let it dry naturally. It takes me maybe 3 minutes total in the morning. Has anyone else ditched heat tools for something simpler and been surprised by the results?

The only heat my hair gets now is from my messy life choices.
