Saw a video where a body language expert said those tools train the wrong muscle memory. Makes sense now.

That muscle memory thing reminds me of my golf coach yelling about my grip for years. Never did fix it. @johnson.faith

I mean, maybe the tool just needs more practice. @cole356 knows muscle memory takes forever to get right.
