My AC unit gave out during the heat wave last Tuesday
It was 95 degrees and my old unit at my place in Decatur just stopped blowing cold air. I called Coolray, but they couldn't get a tech out for two days, so I had to buy a bunch of fans and stay with a friend. Has anyone else had a good experience with a faster HVAC company in the area for emergencies?

My neighbor's unit failed on a Sunday last July. He called a small local shop, and they had a guy there in under two hours. It seems the bigger companies get too booked up in a crisis.
