Customer in Toledo handed me a $20 and said her dryer "just needed a man's touch"
She'd already paid two guys to swap the thermal fuse, so I checked the vent run instead and pulled out a bird nest the size of a softball, and when I showed her she laughed and told me her late husband used to say the same thing about every machine in the house, so now I'm wondering how many repeat calls out there are really just clogged vents nobody bothered to look at.
