Hit 500 service calls without a single false alarm callback this year. That number shocked me, honestly. Is it pure luck or a sign we're getting better at system design?

Call it luck and move on. That stat is a fluke waiting to happen because you can't control every user or every weird power surge. System design helps but 500 in a row is just random chance lining up for now. Bet you get a callback next week.
