My frozen pizza came out like a cracker last night...
I put a frozen cheese pizza in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, which is what the box said. It came out super dry and crispy, almost like a giant cracker... I think the air fryer cooks way faster than my old oven. Has anyone else had to cut the time way down for frozen foods?

Wait, you followed the box time? That's wild. My air fryer would turn a pizza into a charcoal briquette in ten minutes. I have to knock at least a third off the time for anything frozen, like those breaded chicken things go from 20 minutes in the oven to maybe 12 in the fryer. It just blasts heat everywhere.

Air fryers need way less time than ovens, always check early.

Used to think you could just follow the box instructions but after torching a batch of frozen egg rolls I learned the hard way. @shane_fisher37 is right, you really have to check stuff way early in an air fryer or it's game over. Those things are like tiny convection ovens on steroids, they just cook everything faster. Now I always set the timer for half what the box says and check from there.
