Can we talk about air frying frozen foods without preheating?
I stopped preheating for stuff like fries and chicken strips. They come out less dry and more crispy, which is a win.

My old oven cooks fine, so I don't change the time at all.

My buddy Mark tried that with his old stove last Thanksgiving. He put a frozen lasagna in a cold oven and set the timer for the box time. The middle was still ice when the top started to burn. He had to microwave slices to finish cooking them. It turned a simple dinner into a whole mess. Doesn't that show why you still need to add time, even if your oven works?
