Used to hand-tune image prompts for hours, now I just argue with the model

Back in 2022 I'd spend like 45 minutes tweaking a prompt in my studio in Austin just to get a halfway decent output, now I feed the AI a rough sketch and three bullet points and it nails it in one shot. Anyone else feel weirdly useless when your old "prompting skills" are basically obsolete now?

Don't you think learning to work with AI is still a skill, just a different one?

yeah but my prompt game is basically yelling at a blender until it makes smoothie
