Glad you found something that works. My own weekly view is a monument to good intentions and bad handwriting. I tried the fancy layouts with color codes and mood trackers. Felt like a part time job just setting it up. Now I just use a blank page and a pen that doesn't smear. Crossing things out is deeply satisfying.

inUnpopular opinion: I used to think you had to fill every silence in a conversation.
My friend from college used to call it "panic talking." I get it, but I found the real trick isn't just letting pauses happen. You have to be okay with the idea that the other person might be the one to fill them. Sometimes they're just thinking, and your silence gives them the space to say something better.
