My local supplier's new online system is a nightmare

It takes forever to place an order. Half the time they send the wrong stuff.

Have you contacted them about the order errors?

@williamm82 is right to suggest contacting them. I had the same problem and made a list of every error with order numbers and dates. Email that list directly to their customer service manager. Keep pushing until they give you a discount or fix the system.

Ugh, I just started calling in orders instead and it fixed everything.
