It struck me how the repetitive motion of knitting (a habit I picked up out of boredom) now centers me like nothing else.

Isn't it amazing how such simple actions can anchor us so deeply?

It really does become a kind of meditation, doesn't it? My grandma taught me to knit years ago, and I never expected that rhythm of the needles to become my go-to reset button after a hectic day. There's something about those manual, repetitive tasks that just quiets the mental noise. It's cool how we can find these pockets of peace in the simplest actions.
