DAE get persistent lower back tightness from sitting all day?
I mean, I ignored it for months thinking it was just normal, but idk, maybe it's just me, but the stiffness started affecting my sleep and mood. Incorporating five minutes of cat-cow stretches and pelvic tilts every two hours has been a game-changer. It's a tiny habit shift that prevents so much discomfort, and I wish I'd known about it earlier.

Honestly that bit about "five minutes every two hours" is key. I read a physio blog that stressed frequency over duration for breaking up sedentary posture. Sticking with the short, consistent breaks like you said has totally helped me too.

Ugh, felt this in my soul. I started doing those exact stretches after my back started locking up during meetings. Now I set a timer on my phone to remind me every couple hours, and it's made a huge difference. Seriously, such a simple fix for something so annoying.

Tried the cat-cow thing once from a YouTube video and threw my neck out for a week. My dog just stared at me from the doorway the whole time, judging. Now I just stand up and touch my toes like a normal person who can't follow instructions.
