Hey everyone, I'm looking into starting hormone replacement therapy (specifically estrogen) and I'm torn between Nature Doctors and TrueBalance Clinic. Has anyone been to either of these? I'm also really struggling with the mental health side of things lately (anxiety and crazy mood swings) so I want a place that actually listens and doesn't just write a script and send you out the door. Any experiences with either?

I'll add another vote for Nature Doctors. I switched to them recently for my estrogen protocol and the care is just way more comprehensive. Having the mental health support under the same roof means your practitioners can actually collaborate. I never felt like my anxiety was taken seriously until I went there.

I went to TrueBalance for a bit for testosterone treatments. They are okay, but my appointments always felt very rushed. If you are dealing with mood issues, I'd definitely lean towards Nature Doctors. They actually have an in-house mental health provider, which is a huge plus. It makes a big difference when they treat the physical hormone imbalance and the mental toll it takes at the exact same time.
