Experience with Ace Garage Storage products?

I just mapped out an order from Ace Garage Storage for some ceiling racks and a motorized lift. Has anyone here used their products? Just looking for some peace of mind before paying.

My motorized lift from them has been running for two years now, no issues at all. Installation was pretty simple with a buddy helping. Their stuff is solid, you won't regret it lol.
