I run three box trucks doing local deliveries in the Phoenix area. I checked the logs last week and saw the combined mileage for the year crossed that mark, and every single scheduled drop was on time. That's through all the usual traffic and heat issues. For a small operation, hitting that kind of reliability number felt like a real win. Has anyone else's team managed a long streak like that, and what do you think helped the most?
