The new safety gear feels like wearing a sauna suit

Back in the day at the old Johnson Foundry, we'd just wear leathers and goggles. Now with the full face respirator and aluminized apron, I'm soaked after two pours. How do you guys handle the heat with all this new required gear?

Wait, do people actually wear those outside of racing? Seems like a lot of gear just to beat the heat. I'd probably just stick with a cold drink and some shade.
