Unpopular opinion: I waited forty five minutes for a famous BBQ truck and the ribs were just fine, not amazing. Why do we pretend long lines mean better food?

Tell me they didn't serve that pizza cold after making people wait in line for an hour. I heard one truck used canned sauce and pre-shredded cheese from a bag. That's just lazy and a total waste of money. How do they expect anyone to come back?
