Just realized a client complaint about my transition strips was totally right

Finished a big vinyl job in a Phoenix condo last month, and the homeowner pointed out a slight height difference at the doorway I'd missed. I started using a longer level to check every seam now, not just eyeball it. Anyone else get called out on something small that made you change your routine?

Are we sure the client is always right? Sometimes they notice tiny things that don't actually matter for how the floor works or lasts. You could drive yourself crazy trying to make everything perfect for every single person.

Oh man... the client is always right, even when you wish they weren't. At least it was a cheap lesson in using the right tool...
