Seriously, who comes up with this? I read an article last week about how gravel can be better than concrete for driveways in some places. It said gravel lets rain water drain into the ground, which stops puddles and helps the soil. Some builders use it to follow new rules about water runoff. Kind of makes sense when you think about it.
