Switched to a different brand of roller guide cleaner and the noise difference is huge.

We had a bank of four cars in a 90s office building that all had a high-pitched squeal on the down run. After cleaning the roller guides with our usual stuff for years, I tried 'Trak-Silent' gel last week. The squeal on car three is completely gone after two full cycles. Anyone have a go-to product for stubborn guide rail chatter?
