Was dead set against hydraulic dredge pumps until I ran one on a tight channel job in Galveston last month
I always thought they were overpriced and finicky, but the precision on that silt cleanup was night and day compared to my old setup. Any of you guys switched over and found it worth the hassle?

Read a review saying the maintenance schedule is brutal though.

Yeah that "brutal" thing gets thrown around a lot but it's mostly just overblown... the basic stuff like oil changes and belt checks are pretty standard for any RWD car, honestly. Some of the high performance interval stuff is more frequent than a commuter car, sure, but it's not like you're rebuilding the engine every 10k miles.
