The time my plotter decided to become a modern art installation
I was finishing a big set of architectural plans for a library in Boise, and my old plotter started making this weird grinding noise. Instead of a clean line, it started drawing these wild, looping scribbles all over the final sheet. I panicked, thinking the whole job was ruined. Turns out, a tiny piece of eraser from my drafting lead got stuck in the pen carriage. Has anyone else had their tools suddenly go rogue on a deadline?

Honestly, that's a classic plotter move right there. Tbh, it's usually a dried-up pen or a worn-out felt tip that causes those crazy scribbles for me, not an eraser bit. That's a new one. The worst is when it happens on the very last sheet and you have to start the whole long print job over.
